Request for Bids – Phone System Switch

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Worth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids for a telephone system switch. Bids shall be sent to the Worth County Board of Commissioners, Attn: County Clerk, 201 N. Main St., Sylvester, Ga. 31791 or via email to hjager@worthcountyboc.com . Bids must be submitted on or before 2 p.m. on June 20, 2019 and clearly marked “Telephone System Switch BOC” on the outside of the envelope or in the subject line of the email.

The Specifications and Bid Form are below and may also be picked up from the Worth County Board of Commissioner’s Office located at the address above or printed from the Worth County Board of Commissioners web site, worthcountyboc.com.

Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on June 20, 2019 in the Commission Board Room. The opened bids will be read into public record, evaluated, and awarded at a County Commission meeting.
