- Recommendation on the request through application for a Variance on the building setback requirements for a Mobile Home in an Agricultural (AG) zoned area. The property is 1 acre on parcel 0046001800B, 534 Ben Peavy Road, Sylvester, Ga., Property Owner Frank Mobley
At the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to be submitted to the Chairman and County Commissioners.
The Chairman and Commissioners will hold a public hearing, followed by a regular meeting on the third (3rd) floor of the Courthouse located at 201 N Main St. Sylvester, Ga. 31791 in the Commission Board Room at 7:00 pm on June 20, 2024. At that time, the Commissioners will hear public comments and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission and make their decision on the zoning application.
