Our Goals
The goals of the Worth County Adult Felony Drug Court program include:
- Provide drug and alcohol counseling/treatment.
- Monitor participants with random drug and alcohol testing.
- Relieve overcrowding in jails, reduce medical costs for Worth County law enforcement agencies, and reduce recidivism (repeat offenses).
- Collect fines and fees for the courts.
- Assist participants with reuniting with their families, securing gainful employment, continuing education, and becoming productive members of society.
- Give participants the tools they need to thrive in sobriety.
