The Worth County Law Library provides legal information to the Judiciary, attorneys, paralegals, self-represented litigants and the general public.  Library holdings consist of a basic collection of legal materials, with emphasis on Georgia materials and practice-oriented titles.

The library is housed in probate court and the clerks are available to help patrons locate materials. Staff may not perform any services that might constitute the unauthorized practice of law (e.g., interpreting statutes, cases or regulations or advising customers about specific legal problems.)

Receive answers to your legal questions from representatives from the Georgia Legal Services Program.  They meet at the Margaret Jones Library the second Wednesday of each month. No appointment is needed.   Please contact the library to confirm attorneys will be available at 229-776-2906.
