The Worth County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing/called meeting at the Building & Zoning Department at 204 E. Franklin Street Suite 16 Sylvester, Ga. 31791 at 6:00 pm on November 3, 2022.
- Recommendation on the request by Amanda and Keith Draper for an application for Rezoning of property from AG to AG-Conditional Use. The property is 54.15 acres on parcel 0019001700A, 1821 Bridgeboro-Anderson City Rd. Bridgeboro, Ga., Property owners Amanda and Keith Draper.
- Recommendation on the request by Thomas Cooper for an application for Rezoning of property from R1 to C1-Commercial. The property is 5 acres on parcel 0071A012 Oakland Heights Subdivision, 3187 Ga Hwy 33 N. Sylvester, Ga., Property owner Thomas B. Cooper
At the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to be submitted to the Chairman and County Commissioners.
The Chairman and Commissioners will hold a public hearing, followed by a regular meeting on the third (3rd) floor of the Courthouse located at 201 N Main St. Sylvester, Ga. 31791 in the Commission Board Room at 7:00 pm on November 17, 2022. At that time, the Commissioners will hear public comments and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission and make their decision on the zoning application.
