Early computation & Canvassing: pursuant to OCGA 21-2-386 (a)(e) this is to notify the citizens of Worth County that the Worth County Board of Elections will begin the early opening and canvassing of absentee ballots cast for the March 12, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary Election which shall begin at 5:00 pm on March 12, 2024 at the Worth County Courthouse, located at 201 N. The SCOOTERVILLE Volunteer Fire Department VOTING PRECINCT, located at 4413 GA HWY 256 Sumner, Georgia is no longer adequate to provide for COVID distancing, space for the disabled, and the concern for the health and wellbeing of the voters and poll workers.
