A notary public commission can be obtained thru the Worth County Clerk of Court office at the Worth County Courthouse. To obtain your commission, you must first go to the Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority -  



Fill out the online application. After completing the application, it MUST be submitted. Once submitted it will direct you to print out the application package. Print out the package then obtain the signatures of the TWO endorsers the application called for. Once you have obtained these signatures, bring the application along with the $48.50 and Mail-in Application is $49.50 which include $1 processing fee (Cash, Money Orders, and Business Checks) Notary fee to the Clerk of Court office on the first floor of the courthouse and we will issue your commission.
