If you have a marriage license and would like to have a marriage ceremony, our office provides this service during office hours at no cost. Marriage ceremonies are performed by our Chief Magistrate Judge Casey Rouse. This is done by appointment only. Please call our office at 229-776-8210 to set up your appointment today.
Marriage licenses are obtained from the Probate Court on the 1st floor of the courthouse. We can perform the ceremony only after you have done this step. We accept any marriage license obtained in the state of Georgia, not just in our county.
